Build a template
Templates are reusable shifts you define once. Give a template a name, a start and end time (or mark it all-day), and a colour. Once saved, you can drop it onto any day.
Add shifts to your calendar
Open the day you want to work, pick a template, and it’s added to your rota. Repeat for every day you’re scheduled — no need to re-enter the times each time.
Share with friends
Add friends to see each other’s rotas side by side, and use When are we free? to find the windows when you’re all off.
