If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it by email. This is also how you change your password — ShiftSync doesn’t have a separate change-password screen.

  1. On the log-in page, select Forgot password?.
  2. On the Forgot your password? page, enter your Email address.
  3. Select Reset password.

ShiftSync shows: Thanks, if we found an account matching that email, a reset link is on its way. If an account exists for that address, the email arrives shortly — check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it.

Set a new password

  1. Open the link in the reset email. It takes you to the Reset your password page.
  2. Enter your New password. It must be at least 8 characters long with a number and a special character.
  3. Select Change password.

You’re returned to the log-in page — sign in with your new password.

If you signed up with Google or Microsoft, you don’t have a ShiftSync password — sign in with that provider instead.
