When you create an account with an email and password, ShiftSync asks you to verify that address before you can keep using the site. Verifying is a one-time step.
Verify your address
Open the verification email ShiftSync sent you and follow the link. Once it’s confirmed, you’ll see Thanks for verifying and can carry on using ShiftSync.
Resend the verification email
If the email hasn’t arrived, you can send a new one:
- On the banner that reads You need to verify your email address., select Click here to resend verification email.
- Select Resend verification.
ShiftSync confirms an email has been sent to your address. If you still don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder.
Accounts are deleted after 30 days
Accounts not verified within 30 days of creation are automatically deleted. Verify your address soon after signing up so you don’t lose your account.
