When are we free? shades a calendar by how many people are working each day, so you can spot the quiet days when you’re all off — handy for planning a meet-up. You’ll need at least one friend to compare with.
Open When are we free?
- Tap your avatar in the top-right corner and choose When are we free?.
- Click When are we free? in the left sidebar.
Read the calendar
Each day is shaded by how many people have a shift that day — you, plus the friends you’re checking. Under the calendar, Colour key (indicates number of people with shifts that day) shows what each shade means, from 1 person up to 5+ people. The quieter, or blank, a day looks, the more of you are free.
See who’s working on a day
Tap any day to list that day’s shifts underneath, so you can see exactly who’s on. A day with nobody working shows No shifts for this day.
Narrow it down
By default it checks all your friends. Tap Show filter… to choose which friends to check, include or hide shifts by template, and optionally count your own hidden shifts. If you’ve made friend groups, tick one under Pick a group to check everyone in it to select all its members at once — you can still add or remove individual friends afterwards.
