On the When are we free? page you can narrow things down by template — for example, to ignore everyone’s Day off shifts and focus only on working hours.

Open the filter

  1. Click When are we free? in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Show filter….

Filter by template

In the Filter dialog:

  1. Choose which friends to check. If you’ve made friend groups, tick one under Pick a group to check everyone in it to select all its members at once.
  2. Each person’s templates appear as checkboxes. Tick a template to include shifts from it, or untick it to hide them. By default every template is included.
  3. Optionally tick Include my hidden shifts to count your own hidden shifts.
  4. Click Apply.

The results then show only the templates you kept ticked, making it easier to spot the windows when you’re all free.
