Once you’re friends, you can see each other’s calendars. There are two ways to look at them.

See everyone’s shifts together

  1. Click Friends’ shifts in the left sidebar.

This shows your friends’ shifts together on one calendar. Under Choose which friends’ shifts you wish to see, tick or untick people to control whose calendar appears. Tap any day to see that day’s shifts listed underneath.

See one friend’s shifts

To focus on a single person, open the Friends tab on your Friends screen and tap their name. Their calendar opens on its own, headed with their name.

What you can and can’t do

A friend’s calendar is read-only — you can see their shifts but can’t add, edit or delete them. What you see depends on each shift’s visibility: shifts a friend has marked hidden won’t show.
