The Reports page gives you quick summaries of your shifts. The first report, Hours worked, tells you how many hours you’re likely to work over a date range — and lets you count only the templates you choose, so personal templates (like days off) don’t inflate the total.

Open Reports

  1. Click Reports in the left sidebar.

Run the Hours worked report

Each report starts collapsed, showing just its title. Select the Hours worked header to expand it. Then, in the Hours worked section:

  1. Pick a Start date and an End date for the range you want to total.
  2. Under Templates, leave every template ticked to count them all, or untick any you don’t want included (for example a personal Day off template).
  3. Select Run report.

The result appears as a single line, for example: “You’re likely to work 37.5 hours across 5 shifts in this range.”

What counts towards the total

  • Hours are added up from your shifts that fall in the range. A shift that starts before or ends after the range only counts the part inside the range.
  • If a shift has a split (a gap in the middle), the gap is not counted.
  • All-day templates — like annual leave — don’t carry working hours, so they’re never included in the total.
