Your timezone tells ShiftSync how to read the local time of your shifts. It’s used to work out pay enhancement rules — a “weekday night” rule needs to know when your local night is. When you sign up, ShiftSync sets it from your browser, so it’s usually already correct.
Open your general settings
- Tap your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
- Open the General tab.
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Open the General tab.
Choose your timezone
Under Timezone, open the Timezone menu and pick the zone where you work. Your choice saves straight away, and the Expected pay report uses it the next time it works out your enhancement rules.
