Your photo, name and email address live on the Account tab. Each one has a Change button that opens the fields to edit, then you Save.

Open your account settings

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Open the Account tab.

Change your photo

Under Picture:

  1. Click Upload photo, or Change photo if you already have one.
  2. Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP image under 4 MB.

To take your photo down, click Remove photo and confirm on Remove photo?.

Change your name

  1. Next to Name, click Change.
  2. Edit your First name and Last name. Your first name can’t be blank.
  3. Click Save, or Cancel to discard.

Change your email address

This is the address you sign in with.

  1. Next to Email, click Change.
  2. Enter the new address and click Save.

After you change it, ShiftSync sends a verification email to the new address and you’ll need to verify it again before it’s confirmed.

You can change it even if you sign in with Google or Microsoft. ShiftSync recognises a connected account by the provider rather than by its email address, so the two can differ and you’ll still sign in to the same ShiftSync account.

If the address already belongs to another ShiftSync account, you’ll see Account already exists with that email address.
